Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.mahagro.com. Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing and delivery time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Majority of the shipments are delivered within 2-5 days. Some pin codes could take up to 10-20 days to get delivered.

Courier partners

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
FedEx

Shipping Rates

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1- 24 hours.

If an order contains items of different sizes we send them separately in separate packing. They could each get delivered at different times.

Other points

Any discrepancy related to the delivered item or lost shipment has to be bought to the notice of the manager by mentioning the order id within 30 days from date of purchase by sending a mail to garden@mahagro.com or by calling the orders related manager at +91 96 42 16 2323. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the buyer does not answer the calls of the courier company for queries related to address location or phone number and the shipment is returned to us, only partial refund is issued deducting the courier costs.

If there is no courier service to your location a mail to the registered email given during the time of purchase is sent and a refund is issued.

If the customer refuses to take delivery of the order, no refund is issued.

 Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not opened. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior information. 

Situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. If the buyer does not answer the calls of the courier company for queries related to address location or phone number and the shipment is returned to us, only partial refund is issued deducting the courier costs.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at garden@mahagro.com.

If your payment goes through but you do not get an order confirmation please contact us here garden@mahagro.com with your transaction details. If we do not receive your order amount no refund can be issued.

Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at garden@mahagro.com and we will arrange a pick up. Pick up charges could be levied based on locations. If you have to send your item to: Aparna kanopy Tulip, Gundlapochampalli, Hyderabad, 500014.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return shipping
We will usually arrange a pick up. If you have to return your product, you should mail your product to: Aparna kanopy Tulip, Gundlapochampalli, Hyderabad, 500014.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over rs.1000, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
